Dr. Hongwei Yao is a Professor of Surgery Chair in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery and a surgeon at Beijing Friendship Hospital and Capital Medical University. He is also a member of the National Clinical Research Center of Digestive Diseases and the general secretary of the Chinese Society of Colorectal Surgery (CNSCRS).
