Dr. Maider is a Seattle native with a deep love of the Pacific Northwest. They earned both their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Health from Tufts University before completing their M.D. at the University of Washington. She is now a PGY1 at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Their prior research focuses on identifying and reducing barriers to health access and Dr. Maider is passionate about improving surgical education.
Outside of their professional pursuits, Dr. Maider enjoys hiking, trail running, and exploring the scenic beauty of Georgia. They are excited to highlight and celebrate this vibrant community that has profoundly shaped their personal and professional life.
