Dr. Gantt is Professor of Surgery, Northeast Ohio Medical University and the Breast Program Lead and Co-Medical Director of the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center, Bon Secours Mercy Health, Youngstown, Ohio. She is Chair of the Association of Women Surgeons (AWS) Foundation, and a Past-President of the AWS and the Ohio Chapter of the ACS.  She served as an Ohio At-Large Governor of the ACS, Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of the ACS Board of Governors (BoG), and inaugural BoG Diversity Pillar Lead. She is First Vice-President Elect of the ACS and serves on the ACS Board of Regents Anti-Racism Committee and the ACS Patient Education Committee.
