Dr. Raquel Sánchez from Navarra trained as a surgeon at Bellvitge Hospital in Barcelona; after 8 years she moved to Galicia and worked first at Pontevedra Hospital as Head of Service from 2014 to 2018 and then moved to Álvaro Cunqueiro Hospital in Vigo, where she has been Head of the General and Digestive Surgery Service since 2018.
