Dr. Xiyue Hu is a surgeon specializing in colorectal cancer surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and metastatic colorectal cancer. Since 2019, he has served as a Surgeon in the Colorectal Department at the Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. In this role, Dr. Hu manages daily patient care, participates in surgical operations, and contributes to clinical trials and research on colorectal cancer surgery.
Dr. Hu completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at Peking University Health Science Center between 2011 and 2019, where he also completed his internship and surgical residency at Peking University First Hospital. He furthered his expertise with a Colorectal Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from 2021 to 2023.
Dr. Hu is board certified by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission since 2017 and has completed the Certificate of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Course from the National GCP Center for Anticancer Drugs in 2021. He also holds a Health Professional Qualification (Attending Doctor) from the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China.
