Karl Storz Data Sharing Consent
Karl Storz would like the option to contact you directly to invite you to
specific educational events related to your specialty. As you may know,
Advances in Surgery and Karl Storz have a common history of training
surgeons from multiple specialties.
With your express consent, your name, contact information and a summary
of your attended events at AIS Channel may be shared with Karl Storz for
potential invitation to educational events and to inform you about their
products and services.
This information will be governed by the AIS Privacy Policy. Olympus
has implemented standard contractual clauses. Your data will be
retained until you exercise your right of opposition or removal.
This express consent is required because you have previously consented
to the AIS Privacy Policy, which contained different provisions related
to international data transfer.
By providing your consent, you
understand that your data will be transferred to Karl Storz, as described
above, to locations that may be outside of your country of residence
including but not limited to the United States.
Your consent to share your data is optional and your ability to
participate in the Karl Storz events at AIS Channel will not be affected in
any capacity if you decline.
