We are proud to announce this program, highlighting leaders in Latin American Spanish speaking countries. These leaders were chosen to represent many different specialties, countries, and stages in their careers. This mix will ensure comprehensive coverage of this critical topic with immediately implementable solutions for all participants regardless of specialty, location, or career stage. We will discuss strategies for success in academic surgery that are tailored to the different circumstances of each environment with an emphasis in diversity, inclusion, and fairness.
