Vesicouterine fistula is one of the rare urogenital fistula, usually following C/S. Youssef syndrome is characterized by hematuria, amenorrhea, and urinary incontinence. To confirm the diagnosis for these patients necessitated a comprehensive history and combination of diagnostic modalities, we present the case of complete opening of the anterior uterine wall into the urinary bladder with classic symptoms of Youssef syndrome following the 4th time C/S. sonography and cystoscopy were used for anatomical determination. Transabdominal total hysterectomy, partial cystectomy, and repair were done.
