Surgical strategy for a patient with indicated LRYGB and gastric mucosal abnormality

A 40 year old female with morbid obesity and a BMI 39 Kg/m2 suffered from T2DM, HBP and OSA. The ideal surgical procedure is the LRYGB. The preoperative endoscopy revealed chronic gastritis (no atrophy, no H Pylori). What is the best strategy?
