Management of a large colonic benign polyp

A 70 years old patient with asthenia and alteration of bowel habits. Colonoscopy was performed finding a flat and extensive polyp on the cecum, which took up a half circumference and extended to the ileocecal valve.  The pathology revealed a Tubular adenoma with low-grade epithelial dysplasia. To complete the study we performed a fibrogastroscopy, which showed signs of chronic gastritis and thoracoabdominal CT with no other significant findings. What would your therapeutic plan be?
