Posted in Pictures on 19 January 2016

A 46 year old female patient with no allergies, HBP, and a surgical history of right nephrectomy by nephrolithiasis, a caesarean and an appendectomy.

In 2003 she underwent bariatric surgery in another hospital. She had an IMC of 49 Kg/m2 at the time of surgery, she lost 80Kg and currently regained it all. The patient and her family requested an evaluation for revisional bariatric surgery. There were no abdominal pain or symptoms of reflux.

She came with an upper GI series for evaluation.
